Fall… Uganda style

Fall is one of my (April’s) favorite times of the year. I LOVE all things pumpkin… pumpkin muffins, pumpkin coffee, pumpkin pie, pumpkin creamer, pumpkin bread, pumpkin whoopie pies… Someone please stop me!!!

Anyways, I pretty much love everything about the Fall season. I mean how could you not love cooler weather, the color orange EVERYWHERE, the smell of pumpkin spice, and Hunsader Farms! To celebrate the Fall season this year we made an extra special pumpkin! I love that every time I look at this pumpkin I am reminded of my sweet baby and his/her home continent of Africa! Luke and I are both so excited about becoming a Ugandan/American family, and incorporating that into every area of our lives. Pumpkins included!
